National Independence Front of Afghanistan
Preamble
The National Independence Front of Afghanistan, guided by a profound sense of historical responsibility toward the people of Afghanistan and inspired by the universal principles of human rights, the rule of law, social justice, and the free will of citizens, hereby adopts this Charter as its foundational and guiding document.
The Front believes that the legitimacy of any political system derives solely from the will of the people, and that no structure of power can attain stability, legitimacy, or public acceptance without the genuine consent, participation, and representation of citizens. Accordingly, the National Independence Front of Afghanistan is committed to striving for the realization of freedom, independence, justice, and human dignity within the framework of a lawful, accountable, and responsive political system.
Chapter One: Fundamental Principles
Article 1: Sovereignty of the People
National sovereignty belongs exclusively to the people of Afghanistan and shall be exercised through democratic, transparent, free, and inclusive mechanisms grounded in public participation and constitutional legitimacy.
